Dining
Five destinations. One kitchen policy.
From the first coffee of the morning to the last glass of the evening — every hour at Aurélion has its table.
Dining at Aurélion is inseparable from the experience of the hotel itself. Each of our five outlets has been conceived with the same care as the rooms — its own character, its own rhythm, its own reason to return. The produce is Alpine and seasonal. The wine list runs deep, with particular devotion to Burgundy and the rare vintages of the Swiss Rhône Valley. And behind every plate, a kitchen philosophy that has remained unchanged since 1923: nothing superfluous, nothing accidental, nothing less than it should be.
